The correct alignment of all the working guides are checked during the final assembling of the machine by the Renishaw Laser10 System. The blacklashes and the synchronisation of the axis interpolation is tested by Reshishaw Ballbar5.
The main working of the machine is checked by testing the sample parts, exactly as the machine would work in normal conditions. Thus, the designing specifications of the machine are verified, as well.
The follow-up of the quality control systems is carried out on a statistical basis to optimize the vital parts of the machine and to improve our products continuously.
