The HR 300's heating system is based on a lower heating line with a height-adjustable filament that distributes heat evenly. This uniform heating is key to achieving clean, mark-free bends on long sheets, where any temperature variation can cause visible deformations.
The integrated control unit allows for precise and repeatable filament temperature adjustment from 1 to 8 mm. This precision eliminates human error in adjustment and ensures consistent bending conditions for every operation, piece after piece.
The HR 300 incorporates an adjustable parallel backgauge with two scales that ensures correct alignment; any deviation is magnified. For very thin sheets, it allows the placement of a special bending profile to obtain controlled bending radii and impeccable finishes.
