Booking and payment policy

Our rates in the bookings section include VAT.

To successfully book, payment must be made through our virtual POS.

Only available sessions can be booked; once booked, they are blocked.

You are solely responsible for entering your data correctly in the online booking form.

The booking is void and entry refused if the team no-shows or arrives 30+ minutes late; the amount is non-refundable and non-changeable.

If the POS reports card denial, the order is automatically cancelled.

If fewer people attend than booked, the price difference is not refunded.

If more people attend (up to 6 per room), the extra is paid in cash at our facilities.

Cancellation and changes policy

Changes are allowed up to 4 days before the booking; within 4 days no cancellations, refunds or changes are accepted.
