The HRK series of bending machines for methacrylate and thermoplastics manufactured by SHANNON are highly productive machines for molding sheets with bottom and top heating. The heating profiles can be adjusted to the correct position and the heating cables are height adjustable.
The double-sided heating of the HRK series allows you to process plastic sheets faster, but above all, it reduces stress on the material and can handle thicker materials and polycarbonate. The machine has a modular construction and is already prepared internally so that it can be easily expanded with multiple heating profiles and/or control units.
The pneumatic top frame has adjustable pressure bars that keep the plates in place and prevent them from deforming (banana effect). The upper frame is controlled by a foot pedal, a timer switch and an emergency stop. The durable, heat-resistant treated work surface consists of several adjustable panels and has a parallel stop with indication in millimeters and inches.
