Professional thermoplastic bending machine

Professional floor model bending machine with double side heating, time-controlled upper frame and 3.000 mm working length.

Equipped with 2 digital temperature control units, 1 bottom heating line and 1 top heating line. Comes standard with parallel back gauge and 1 clamping bar.

The Shannon HRP series plastic bending machines are highly productive and heavy duty semi-automatic bending machines with bottom and top heating, consisting of digitally controlled heating cables. The heating profiles can be easily positioned in place and the profile cables are height adjustable. The double-sided heating of the HRP series enables faster processing of plastic plates, but above all, it also reduces stress and can handle thicker materials and polycarbonate.

The pneumatic upper frame has adjustable pressure bars that hold the plates in place and prevent them from deforming (banana effect). The upper frame is controlled by a foot pedal and timer.

The durable, heat-resistant work surface consists of several adjustable panels and has a parallel stop with millimetre and inch indication. The machine has a modular construction and is already prepared internally so that it can be easily expanded with multiple heating profiles and/or control units. The machine has two emergency stops.
