The HRT-D acrylic bending machine is designed to process acrylic panels and bend them into the desired shape. The construction of the machine is similar to that of the HRP 300 model, but it does not have a top cover. The HRT-D machine, like the HRP/-D model, is equipped with an automatic transport system. In fact, these machines are ideal for the production of large series of parts. Up to 2000 parts per hour.

HRT-D Bending Machine for Acrylic and Thermoplastics

The HRT-D thermoplastic bending machine is a highly productive, semi-automatic machine consisting of easily adjustable profiles with heating cables that are adjustable in height. The HRT-D is designed to handle large sheets but also large series of smaller sheets thanks to the automatic feeding and transport system. The removable upper frame has roller guides that keep the sheets in place and prevent them from warping (banana effect).

The temperature of the heating wires can be very precisely adjusted by means of a control unit. The durable, heat-resistant work surface consists of several adjustable panels, an adjustable conveyor belt and has a double rip fence with inch and millimetre indication. The machine has a modular construction and is already prepared internally so that it can be easily expanded later with multiple heating profiles and/or control units.
