The LINK 6,000 model is a large 5-axis enclosed machining center. Its compact structure, high power, and versatility enable high-speed milling of all types of non-ferrous materials (technical plastics, thermoformed plastics, and their derivatives).

Thanks to its robust moving-bridge structure, it ensures high working speeds as well as excellent precision and surface finish quality. The enclosed structure allows complete isolation of moving parts, providing enhanced safety and environmental protection (noise, fumes, etc.).

This CNC machine stands out for its versatility and large working capacity thanks to its two work areas with a movable central partition, allowing operation with a single area or both simultaneously. It has a usable working area of up to 6,000 mm in length (X-axis), 1,900 mm in width (Y-axis), and 1,000 mm in height (Z-axis), with the rotary axes C and A having a range of +/-200º and +/-120º respectively, using Harmonic Drive transmission. The machine offers high movement speeds: up to 50 m/min on the X and Y axes, 20 m/min on the Z axis, and 9,000º/min on the C and A axes. Its 15 kW liquid-cooled motor allows a nominal speed of 12,000 rpm and a maximum speed of 24,000 rpm with HSK / E40 spindles. All of this, controlled by the powerful Siemens Sinumerik One CNC, ensures precision, performance, and flexibility for demanding applications.

The strategic location of the magazines on the Y-axis bridge facilitates direct and safe access to the tools, ensuring continuous operation and minimizing interruptions during work.
