The VISCOM CNC machine is designed using 3D parametric drawing software to assemble and simulate main movements and mechanisms. It utilizes finite element structural analysis to optimize the design and detect issues like vibrations and overloading. This CNC milling machine is designed for cutting, engraving, milling, and grinding various materials, and it is ideal for signage, modeling, and scenography. Equipped with recirculating ball screws, its welded and stabilized steel structure ensures high precision and durability for continuous operations.

The axes move on ball guides and prismatic rails, with a maximum vacuum speed of 55 m/min for the X and Y axes and 15 m/min for the Z axis. The axes are driven by brushless servomotors, and the transmission is made through ball screws and pinion-rack.
