The VISCOM 3X is a moving-bridge CNC milling machine designed for machining, cutting, engraving, and grinding non-ferrous materials in industrial production environments. Engineering plastics, methacrylate, wood, aluminum, composites, and resins are just some of the materials this machine processes with precision and consistency.
With a spindle power of between 8 and 15 kW in ISO30 or HSK-F63, automatic tool change, and an integrated vacuum system, the VISCOM 3X is designed to handle continuous production cycles without compromising finish quality. A VISCOM 3X is a mobile CNC milling machine designed for the use, cutting, engraving and refining of non-ferrous materials in industrial production environments. Engineering plastics, methacrylate, wood, aluminum, composites and resins are just some of the materials that this machine processes with precision and consistency.
With a fuse power between 8 and 15 kW with ISO30 or HSK-F63, automatic tool exchange and an integrated vacuum system, a VISCOM 3X was designed to operate with continuous production cycles without compromising the quality of the finish. Its modular architecture allows precise configuration to meet the requirements of each production process.
The VISCOM 3X incorporates recirculating ball screws that guarantee precise positioning and repeatability between cycles. Its moving bridge structure absorbs the dynamic loads of high-speed machining, extending tool life and ensuring process stability during continuous operation.
The compact and modular design facilitates the integration of the machine into existing production lines and allows for expanding its capabilities through specific options. Each unit can be custom-configured according to the required materials, speeds, and finishes.
Nominal speed of 12,000 rpm and maximum speed of 24,000 rpm, with power from 8 to 15 kW in ISO30 or HSK-F63 taper. Consistent performance in roughing and finishing operations on materials of varying hardness.
8-position turret or 10-position linear tool changer with automatic tool calibration. Sequencing of operations without operator intervention and reduction of unproductive time between cycles.
290 m³/h vacuum pump or 1,000 m³/h super turbine on a slotted table of phenolic resin or micro-perforated aluminum. Stable workpiece clamping in most work formats without the need for external clamping elements.
Rack and pinion transmission in X and Y, lead screw in Z. Positioning speeds of 55 m/min in X and Y and 33 m/min in Z. Automatic lubrication on all axes and liquid or air cooling depending on the configuration.
Movable control panel that allows monitoring and operation of the machine from different positions in the work area, optimizing loading, unloading, and adjustment times without unnecessary movement.
