The ABM-D 135 is a fully automatic and highly productive acrylic sheet bending machine for handling plastic sheets up to 5 mm thick. Multiple sheets or a single sheet up to 135 cm can be bent in one go. The machine is equipped with 2 lower heating profiles and 2 upper heating profiles, controlled by 4 temperature control units.

It is a versatile and efficient tool for thermoplastic bending, ideal for industrial applications that require a machine capable of handling medium sized projects with precision and consistency.

Bending machine for acrylic and thermoplastics ABM-D 135

The ABM-D 135 acrylic and thermoplastic sheet bender ABM-D 135 from Shannon is a fully automatic and highly productive acrylic sheet bending machine for handling plastic sheets up to 5mm thick.

Multiple sheets or a single sheet up to 135 cm can be bent at one time. The machine is equipped with 2 lower heating profiles and 2 upper heating profiles, controlled by 4 temperature control units.

This allows 2 upward bends to be performed at the same time per cycle. Each bending line has two conveyors to set the correct bending angle, vacuum system and pressure bars to keep the material flat and in the correct position. The complete front bending line (heating profile, bending system and vacuum) can be easily moved to adjust the distance between two bending lines. In addition, one of the two bending lines can be switched off if only two bends are to be made.

The thermoplastic bending machine is supplied with a movable underframe with brakes for an ideal working height.
