Professional thermoplastic bending machine

i-Series. New version with digital touchscreen and memory function to save settings and parameters. The machine has double-sided heating, electronic timer and working length of 1250 mm.

The Shannon HRK series are highly productive plastic sheet bending machines with bottom and top heating. The heating profiles can be adjusted to the correct position and the heating cables are height adjustable.

The heating from both sides of the HRK series allows faster processing of plastic sheets, but above all, it reduces the stress on the material and can handle thicker materials and polycarbonate.

Bending machine for acrylic and thermoplastics HRK 125

Acrylic bending machine HRK 125 with pneumatically controlled lid. Equipped with timer and foot switch, adjustable stop and calibrated scale in millimetres / inches. The temperature of the heating elements is adjustable. The reflectors are easily adjusted relative to each other from 20 to 610 mm (centre to centre).

Equipped with 1 temperature control unit for 1 lower heating line and 1 upper heating line. Comes standard with parallel backstop and 1 clamping bar.

The double-sided heating of the HRK 125 series allows for faster processing of plastic sheets, but above all, it reduces stress on the material and can handle thicker materials and polycarbonate. The machine has a modular construction and is already prepared internally so that it can be easily expanded with multiple heating profiles and/or control units.

The pneumatic upper frame has adjustable pressure bars that hold the plates in place and prevent them from deforming (banana effect). The upper frame is controlled by a foot pedal, a timer switch and an emergency stop. The durable and heat-resistant work surface consists of several adjustable panels and has a parallel stop with millimetre and inch indication.

The HRK 125 series have a temperature indicator and a lined end stop to achieve the same results every time and eliminate the need for further trial and error. These machines are widely used in technical courses, decorative engineering, model making, sign making, display cases, market shelves, advertising light boxes, etc.
