Professional thermoplastic bending machine

The HRP-D acrylic bending machine is designed to process thermoplastic panels into the desired shape. The construction of the machine is similar to that of the HRP 300 model. The HRT-D machine, like the HRP/-D model, is equipped with an automatic transport system. In fact, these machines are ideal for the production of large series of parts. Up to 2000 parts per hour.

The HRP-D press brake is a highly productive and robust semi-automatic machine with double-sided heating. Equipped with up to 8 height-adjustable heating lines and digital temperature control. Up to 8 temp. controllers for 4 upper heating lines, 4 lower heating lines and 4 pressure bars. The machine is supplied with time-controlled upper frame, automatic feeding and conveyor belt system.

HRP-D Acrylic and Thermoplastic Bender HRP-D

The Shannon HRP-D is a highly productive and robust semi-automatic plastic sheet bending machine with double-sided heating. Equipped with up to 8 height adjustable heating lines and digital temperature control.

The durable, heat-resistant work surface consists of several adjustable panels, an adjustable conveyor belt and has a double parallel stop with inch and millimetre indication. The machine, like most of our machines, is modularly constructed so that it can be easily expanded later with multiple heating profiles and/or control units.

The HRP-D is designed to handle large sheets but also large series of smaller sheets thanks to the automatic feeding and transport system. The upper frame is time-controlled and has one or more roller tracks next to the heating lines that keep the sheets in place and prevent them from warping (banana effect).
