Professional thermoplastic bending machine

HRP-S acrylic bending machine of robust construction with pneumatically controlled cover and adjustable stop. The professional machine is equipped with a calibrated millimetre/inch scale. The temperature of the heating elements is adjustable. The reflectors are easily adjusted to each other from 25 to 1000 mm (centre to centre).

Furthermore, with the HRP-S it is possible to bend sheets from 0.03 -1 mm or up to 15 mm by adding special bending profiles or 2-heater reflectors. It is equipped as standard with 2 digital temperature control units, 1 bottom heating line and 1 top heating line. Comes standard with parallel back stop and 1 clamping bar. Operates with double side heating and time control.

HRP-S acrylic sheet bending machine, robust but modestly priced. They work with bottom and top heating, consisting of digitally controlled heating cables. The heating profiles can be easily put in place and the profile cables are height adjustable. The heating from both sides of the HRP-S series allows for faster processing of plastic plates, but above all, it also reduces stress and can handle thick materials and PC. The upper frame is controlled by a foot pedal and a timer. The upper frame has adjustable pressure bars that hold the plates in place and prevent them from warping (banana effect).

The work surface has been treated with a durable, heat-resistant, multi-panel adjustable work surface and has a parallel stop with millimetre and inch indication. The machine has a modular construction and is already prepared internally so that it can be easily extended with multiple heating profiles and control units.
