The SG-A machining center has been specially designed for high-speed machining of technical materials such as aluminum, titanium, composites, resins, etc.
An ideal machine for model production and edge trimming of parts. It meets the needs of sectors such as marine, automotive, aerospace, railway, etc.
Thanks to its overhead guidance concept and modular structure, it is the perfect alternative for machining large parts, as it uses the entire span as its working area.

The SG-A machining center is engineered to meet the highest standards of productivity and accuracy in demanding industrial environments. Its robust build and modular architecture make it the ideal choice for aluminium machining, especially for large-scale parts used in the aerospace, railway, naval, and automotive industries.
Aluminium requires a machine that combines high speed, structural rigidity, and precision. The 24 kW milling head delivers up to 1200 Nm of torque on A and C axes, enabling fast roughing and high-quality finishing.
With +/- 105º (A-axis) and +/- 245º (C-axis) movement, the SG-A machines complex geometries in a single setup. Equipped with direct encoders, pneumatic brakes, and dual servomotor transmission for maximum stability.
With lengths from 5,000 to 10,000 mm, widths from 2,000 to 4,000 mm, and Z-axis travel up to 2,000 mm, the SG-A is ideal for large aluminium parts.
It features pressurized linear scales, HEIDENHAIN or RENISHAW probes, 12-position tool changer, automatic lubrication, and integrated dust extraction. Precision reaches up to 0.03 mm.
Available with HEIDENHAIN iTNC 640 or SIEMENS 840D SL, ensuring efficient control of simultaneous 5-axis processes.
