Special acrylic polishing machine with control screen. Working length of 2,100 mm, 20 clamps, with safety barriers and an inclinable polishing head with buffing system (polishing belt). Equipped with linear guides to ensure maximum precision.
The AMI-CE polisher is capable of polishing acrylic plastic parts as well as non-ferrous materials using diamond tools.
The main difference compared to its predecessors is the improvement in final quality, higher working speed, and the automation of the entire polishing process, saving time for the end user thanks to its software designed for maximum operator ease. In addition, the optional AMI-C modular unit allows the machine to be adapted to each customer’s needs. Some of the innovations include:
