The PRISMA is a bevelling machine that stands out on the market for its exclusive features.
It is the only original machine of the manufacturer capable of removing from 0,1mm the tip of the edge (vertex) of the pieces. In addition, it can also polish from chamfers to complete bevels. It also has the ability to achieve a full bevel on parts of 0 to 8 mm thickness. It can achieve bevels up to a maximum width of 11 mm. For other bevels there is no maximum workpiece thickness, although a maximum of 500mm is recommended. This versatility makes the PRISMA a practical and resolute machine, but together with the unsurpassed quality of its finishes, makes it the perfect tool for small exhibition pieces.
The PRISMA is distinguished by its two-sided worktable: one at 44º and the other at 45º, designed specifically for box and urn makers. This configuration guarantees a 100% fit between parts. By joining one part at 44º to another at 45º, we create the necessary space for the glue, which ensures a perfect assembly of all the sides of the box. This results in a piece with perfectly aligned vertices.
