Automatic continuous bending machine for POP
The DA is the automatic thermoplastic bending machine in the BERMAQ Automatic Plastic Bending Machines range, created to replace manual bending with continuous production. Its hot-wire and conveyor belt system folds parts "on the fly", with no downtime, in PVC, PETG, polystyrene and acrylic sheets up to 0.8 mm thick.
With an automatic feeder, a digital part counter and an HMI touchscreen, it reaches up to 5,000 parts/hour depending on sheet size. An investment designed for manufacturers supplying stoppers, shelf price dividers, promotional holders and displays to the HoReCa, retail and mass-market sectors.

The DA has been designed for the visual communication sector and for manufacturing all kinds of POP material. Its continuous production makes it possible to respond quickly to both long runs and customised orders:

Hot wire and conveyor belt for folding "on the fly"
The part travels along the belt while two independent heating elements, governed by high-precision digital controllers, heat the fold line within a range of 0 to 150 °C. The thermal precision of the hot wire ensures clean, uniform bend lines without marks, and a part cooling system completes the process.
60 kg automatic feeder with counter and stop
The automatic part feeder, holding up to 60 kg of sheets, keeps the machine running without interruption. The digital part counter with stop function halts production once the programmed quantity is reached, and a visual indicator shows ON, OFF and obstacle status.
One or two folds per cycle, from 0° to 180°
The DA can make one or two folds at different angles within the same cycle, over a range of 0° to 180°, as well as continuous zigzag or U folds. This considerably widens the design possibilities for your customers' parts.
HMI touchscreen with storable recipes
The touch control screen manages heater temperature, the part counter and the display of the conveyor belt, which runs at 12 to 30 m/min. Storable recipes let you recall the settings of each item for the next run.

Enclosed housing with polycarbonate screens
