The simultaneous upper and lower heating system is the main difference between the HRK series and conventional bending machines. Heating the material from both sides allows the thermoplastic to reach the working temperature evenly, without creating thermal gradients that generate internal stresses. The result is a burr-free bend, without cracks, and with a top-quality visual finish, even with polycarbonate and thicknesses greater than 6 mm.
The y version includes a digital display and a memory function. Changing materials or thicknesses does not require reconfiguring the machine from scratch: the operator retrieves the saved parameters and resumes production in a few seconds. The electronic timer adds extra control over the heating cycle, ensuring repeatability from garment to garment.
The heating profiles are adjusted horizontally and the cables vertically, allowing the heat line to be aligned. This flexibility is especially valuable when working with multiple fold lines on the same piece or when it is necessary to quickly change the working angle.
The HRK 125-I features a modular architecture that allows the heating configuration to be expanded from 1 to 4 lower lines and from 1 to 1.
