Modular floor-standing bender with double heating
The HRP-S 220 is a sturdy floor-standing thermoplastic bending machine by Shannon Machines, with digitally controlled bottom and top heating and a working length of 2,200 mm. Heating from both sides speeds up the process, reduces material stress and makes it possible to work thick sheets and polycarbonate.
It comes standard with 2 digital temperature control units, 1 bottom and 1 top heating line, a parallel back stop and 1 clamping bar. Its modular construction allows expansion up to 4 bottom and 2 top lines: a machine that grows with the output of sign, POP and furniture workshops.

Double-sided heating with digital regulation
The HRP-S 220 works with digitally controlled bottom and top heating wires. The temperature of the heating elements is adjustable and heat reaches the sheet from both sides, so sheets are processed faster and, above all, material stress is reduced when bending thicknesses from 1 to 12 mm.
Up to 4 bottom and 2 top profiles across 2.2 metres
The heating profiles are easily positioned and the wires are height-adjustable. The machine accepts 1 to 4 bottom heating lines and 1 to 2 top lines, so several bends can be made in the same cycle.
Top frame with foot pedal, timer and pressure bars
The top frame is controlled by a foot pedal and a timer, ensuring identical heating times for every part. Its adjustable pressure bars hold the sheets in place and prevent them from warping during heating, the so-called banana effect.
Parallel bends from 20 to 1,000 mm apart
The distance between two bends can be set from 20 to 1,000 mm, and the parallel stop with a millimetre and inch scale makes it easy to position the sheet accurately for displays and parts with several parallel bends.

Measuring 2,390 x 1,300 x 1,720 mm and weighing 470 kg, the HRP-S 220 provides a stable, robust base for continuous use in the workshop. The machine is internally pre-wired to take additional heating profiles and control units without altering its structure.
Heat-resistant surface of adjustable panels
The work surface is durable and heat-resistant and consists of several adjustable panels that adapt to the position of each bending line. The graduated parallel stop completes a workstation designed for precision.

The HRP 220 keeps the 2,200 mm length but runs on 400 V with up to 8 kW, accepts up to 4 top lines and reaches a maximum thickness of 25 mm.
