3-metre floor-standing bender with double heating
The HRP-S 300 is the floor-standing bender in Shannon Machines' HRP-S series for long sheets: a 3,000 mm working length with digitally controlled bottom and top heating wires. It is a heavy-duty machine that processes plastic sheets faster and with less internal stress, even in greater thicknesses and polycarbonate.
The top frame, operated by foot pedal and timer, features adjustable pressure bars that keep the sheet flat and prevent the banana effect. Modular and internally prepared for expansion, it is the solution for sign, POP and interior design workshops handling long parts with several bends.

The 3-metre usable length allows sheets that other machines cannot take to be bent in a single pass, and the multiple bending lines make it possible to produce complete parts with few handling steps:
Signage and sign making: large-format acrylic signs, panels and fascias with straight bends along the full length.
Displays and POP: long stands, poster holders and advertising supports, with parallel bends for shelves and points of sale.
Interior design and furniture: showcases, furniture and large decorative acrylic elements.
Architectural elements: plastic parts for construction and interior projects with a uniform finish.
Industrial components: technical PVC and polycarbonate sheets formed with even heating.
The bottom and top heating wires, digitally controlled with adjustable temperature, heat the sheet from both sides at once. The bending zone therefore reaches the right temperature sooner, the material is subjected to less stress, and thicknesses from 1 to 10 mm can be processed, up to a maximum of 15 mm.
The HRP-S 300 accepts 1 to 4 bottom heating lines and 1 to 2 top lines. The profiles are easily positioned and the wires are height-adjustable, so the machine adapts to each part and allows several bends in the same cycle, with a distance between bends of 20 to 1,000 mm.
On a 3-metre sheet, any distortion shows. The adjustable pressure bars on the top frame hold the material during heating and keep it flat, so the bend comes out straight from end to end.
The operator closes the top frame with a foot pedal and the timer controls the heating time. Every part receives the same heat input, ensuring repeatable results over long runs and freeing the operator to prepare the next sheet.
Measuring 3,390 x 1,300 x 1,720 mm and weighing 570 kg, the HRP-S 300 is a solid floor-standing machine built to handle daily work with large-format sheets. The modular construction comes internally prepared to add heating profiles and control units whenever production demands it.
The durable, heat-resistant work surface consists of several adjustable panels. The parallel stop with millimetre and inch markings allows dimensions to be repeated accurately along the full 3 metres. All this runs on a 230 V connection with a consumption of 2 to 4 kW depending on the lines installed.
Line configurations: from 2 bottom profiles and 1 top with 3 controllers up to 4 bottom and 2 top with 4 controllers.
Additional parallel stop: extra reference points for positioning long sheets in multi-bend parts.
VMA 300 cooling support: HPL cooling jig with adjustable angle and a wheeled frame with brakes.
300 cm working length adjustment kit: creates hot and cold zones without covering the heating wire.
Contact bending profiles: for thin sheets and foamed PVC, with Teflon support blocks.

Ask for budget
Double-sided heating allows the HRP-S 300 to bend the thermoplastics commonly used in signage, POP and interior design with uniform bends along the entire length:
Acrylic (PMMA): large-format signs and displays with a clean bend and strong visual appeal.
Polycarbonate (PC): bent with less stress thanks to simultaneous heating of both faces.
PVC: technical sheets and signage elements with uniform bends from end to end.
Polystyrene (PS): lightweight POP supports for campaigns and points of sale.
Foamed PVC and thin sheets: very straight bends with the contact bending profiles.
Compared with the HRP-S 220, the HRP-S 300 adds 800 mm of working length for the longest parts, with the same 230 V connection and up to 4 kW. The HRP 300, with the same 3,000 mm length, steps up to 400 V and up to 8 kW, accepts up to 4 top lines, features a pneumatic top frame and reaches a maximum thickness of 25 mm. The HRP-S 300 covers most large-format work with a simpler electrical installation.
It is the right machine for sign companies, POP manufacturers and interior design workshops that regularly handle formats up to 3 metres and want several bends per cycle without moving to a 400 V installation. Its modularity lets you start with the basic configuration and add lines as demand grows.
The HRP-S 300 is manufactured by Shannon Machines and BERMAQ is its official distributor with the BERMAQ Endorsed seal.
