The HRT 125 thermoplastic bender from Shannon Machines is a high precision, high capacity tool designed to meet the needs of workshops and factories working with a variety of plastic materials. The machines have a modular construction and are already prepared internally so that they can be easily extended with multiple heating profiles and/or control units.

It is a professional acrylic sheet bending machine with bottom heating only, consisting of easily adjustable profiles with heating wires. Ideal for thermoplastic materials such as PMMA, PETG, PP, PS, PC, etc.

HRT 125 Bending machine for acrylic and thermoplastic materials

The HRT thermoplastic bending machine is equipped with a side stop and a calibrated scale in millimetres/inch. Both the temperature and the working height of the heating element are adjustable. Depending on the length, the reflectors are easily adjusted to each other from 20 to 800 mm (centre to centre).
