At BERMAQ® we manufacture our own diamond tools to ensure that all our acrylic polishing machines provide the highest quality results. By manufacturing both the machines and the cutting and finishing tools they work with, we ensure a 100% accurate fit and connection, and this precision is reflected in the quality of the polishing.
When it comes to polishing glossy materials such as PMMA, aluminum, PC, acrylic, PETG, or other soft materials, using the right diamond cutting tools is crucial to achieve smooth and transparent pieces. The quality of the tools is decisive in the quality of the finished workpieces. Therefore, it is recommended to use only ORIGINAL TOOLS FROM THE MANUFACTURER. Only original tools have a quality guarantee and are 100% compatible with the diamond polisher.
In BERMAQ, after more than 40 years dedicated to this sector, we have reduced to 5 the number of finishing tools to perform the same work as before without losing quality in the results, which allows significant savings. More comfortable, less cost, super finish.
