Compact CNC hot wire foam cutter
The CREAM 200 is the most compact CNC hot wire cutting machine by Nettuno Sistemi, designed to cut EPS, XPS and rigid foam into 2D and 3D shapes with an accuracy of ±0.05 mm. It offers a 2,000 x 1,250 mm cutting area within a footprint of just 2,500 x 1,050 mm, so it fits easily into workshops and studios where space is limited.
It is built for visual communication, graphic businesses and architecture and design studios, as well as start-ups and small companies that want to bring CNC polystyrene cutting in-house with a contained investment. Its vertical turntable and the Nettuno software take you from letters and logos to three-dimensional figures on the same machine.

Standard vertical turntable for 3D sculpting with just 2 axes
Although it works with 2 axes, the CREAM 200 features a vertical turntable that acts as a third axis. It produces symmetrical and asymmetrical shapes, spheres, columns, angled cuts and three-dimensional sculptures, giving complete freedom to achieve the desired form.
700 mm titanium wire with adjustable temperature
The titanium cutting wire, 0.20 mm in diameter and 700 mm long, is tensioned by springs and its temperature is set with an external potentiometer. The integrated control panel combines the temperature controller with display and the on/off buttons for the machine and the wire, delivering clean cuts with simple operation.
Nettuno Cutter and CorelDraw licence in one workflow
The machine is operated through the Nettuno Cutter interface and includes a CorelDraw licence. From Nettuno Docker Cam, integrated into CorelDraw, cutting paths are generated in a single CAD/CAM environment, importing DXF, DWG, EPS, AI, PDF, HPGL, PLT, SVG and STL files with no exporting between programs.
Wireless keypad to work right next to the block
The handheld controller lets you jog the axes, start, pause or stop the cycle, adjust the speed, rotate the turntable and check axis positions without walking back to the control panel.

Powder-coated steel structure in 2,500 x 1,050 mm
The CREAM 200 is built on a dynamic structure of milled powder-coated steel profiles and anodised aluminium profiles. It is sturdy and stable during cutting, and its levelled steel table top provides an accurate base for positioning each block.
Recirculating ball guides for ±0.05 mm accuracy
The axes run on linear recirculating ball bearing guides and toothed belts, driven by stepper motors. The result is smooth, vibration-free movement at speeds of up to 10 m/min, with ±0.05 mm accuracy on every pass.
Plug & play on a 220/230 V supply
Compact and easy to install, the CREAM 200 connects to 220/230 V and is ready to produce in a short time. Its intuitive interface lets operators with no previous experience achieve good results, while professionals make full use of the software's advanced functions.
