How the PLOT 250 cutting machine works
Independent X-Y and X1-Y1 axes for complex geometries
The two carriages of the PLOT 250 move independently on recirculating ball guides, so each end of the wire follows its own path. The Nettuno software manages the 4 independent axes function with manual path association and nesting, solving large, complex shapes in a single cycle.
2,000 mm wire that uses the entire standard block
With a 2,500 x 1,250 mm cutting area and a 2,000 mm wire, the machine easily cuts standard market blocks of approximately 1,000 x 1,200 x 2,000 mm. The operator sets the depth of each cut according to the project rather than the system's limits, and can work the block from every side.
Vertical turntable for polystyrene turning
The vertical turntable turns polystyrene into columns, spheres and three-dimensional sculptures. It unlocks software functions such as turning with rotation adapted to the diameter, circular text or logos and 3D lathe work.
Nettuno Cutter control, CorelDraw and handheld keypad
