Acrylic and PMMA edge polishing machine, AMI-3100 model, manufactured in 2013 and fully refurbished to ensure reliable operation and excellent finishing quality. The machine has been thoroughly inspected, reconditioned, and prepared for a new production cycle.
It is equipped with 7 workpiece clamps, providing secure and stable holding throughout the machining process, as well as an automatically tilting milling/polishing head, allowing precise and versatile machining at different angles. It also features a digital display for simple and intuitive control of the operating parameters.

Automatic tilting head
The Ami-3100 polishing machine features an automatic tilting head that allows the polishing angle to be adjusted up to 60º, providing excellent versatility and precision in part finishing. It is equipped with a milling and polishing plate fitted with a roughing tool and a PCD diamond tool, designed to achieve a high-quality transparent finish.
