Next-generation CNC router equipped with linear motors, specially designed and manufactured for the machining, cutting, engraving, milling and polishing of various materials: plastics, carbon fiber, fiberglass, composites, resins, foams and other non-ferrous materials.

The milling head incorporates a 6.5 kW QD-2 HITECO motor with HSK-E40 taper, designed to deliver high performance in precision machining applications. Equipped with ceramic bearings and liquid cooling, it ensures high thermal stability and reliable operation even at high working speeds, reaching up to 36,000 rpm. It also features an automatic pneumatic tool change system, a frequency converter, and internal pressurization to prevent dust and debris from entering, thereby increasing durability and overall performance. The integrated cooling unit allows continuous control of the coolant temperature, ensuring optimal operating conditions for the motor.

The machine incorporates a 12-position linear tool magazine integrated into the machine bed, designed to ensure fast and efficient tool changes during machining. The system uses high-hardness nylon tool holders with excellent wear resistance, providing high durability and reliability in intensive production environments. Compatible with HSK-E40 tapers and ER-25 collets, it accommodates tools up to 35 mm in diameter and 100 mm in length, offering versatility for a wide range of machining applications.

The machine incorporates an aluminium table with high wear resistance and a high-quality surface finish that facilitates part positioning and sliding during loading and machining operations. Mounted directly on the machine bed, it provides high structural rigidity and excellent machining precision, as well as an ergonomic height ideal for part handling. Its grid-grooved surface offers great clamping versatility using sealing rubber, allowing easy adaptation to different part geometries. The system features 4 CNC-controlled vacuum zones, managed from the control panel to optimize clamping according to each application. In addition, the table can be customized on request with different clamping and modularity solutions, such as threaded points, multi-drill tables or T-slot configurations, adapting to all types of fixtures, vacuum cups and clamps.

The machine is equipped with the MITSUBISHI M80VW numerical control, a high-performance CNC system that offers high precision, reliability, and ease of use. This control enables advanced management of machining processes, with an intuitive interface, high processing speed, and extensive programming capabilities, ensuring optimal machine control at all times.
