The spindle incorporates a HITECO QD-2 6.5 kW electrospindle with HSK-E40 taper, capable of high rpm. Equipped with ceramic bearings and liquid cooling, it guarantees high thermal stability and reliable operation even at the highest working speeds. Internal pressurization prevents the entry of dust and dirt, increasing the durability of the assembly. Fast and reliable tool change. The machine incorporates a 12-position linear tool magazine integrated into the bed, compatible with HSK-E40 tapers and ER-2 collets. It accommodates tools up to 35 mm in diameter and 100 mm in length, providing versatility for a wide variety of machining applications without interrupting the production cycle. It also features a grid and four CNC-controlled vacuum zones, manageable from the control panel or the machining program. Its modular configuration allows it to be adapted with T-slots, tapped centers, or multi-drill systems according to the needs of each project. The MITSUBISHI M80VW control offers advanced process management. Its intuitive interface, high processing speed, and extensive programming capabilities ensure optimal machine control at all times.
